A recruitment platform for the Australian market: AI matching, a verified talent pool, and the tools a hiring team uses from first conversation to offer.
The situation
Matching was slow, and a poor fit was expensive. Employers also had little reason to trust that a profile was real. Tools that automated the process tended to remove the judgement that makes a hire last.
What we built
LJT GO matches on skills, experience, working style, and what a candidate wants next. Qualifications and work history are checked before a profile is treated as ready. The same product tracks applicants, schedules interviews, and shows hiring numbers, inside Australian privacy rules.
What changed
- Thousands of placements since launch
- Time-to-hire reduced by about 40%
- A verified pool, so employers spend less time on credentials that do not hold
- Aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles
The matching improved the quality of people we meet, and the verified pool means we can trust who is in front of us. The platform still leaves room for the human part of recruitment.
