The situation

Activating a card meant manual steps and fragile connections between systems. A customer's points stopped at the edge of each programme. Bringing a new merchant in took longer than the promotion lasted.

What we built

Merchants activate cards from their own screen. Points redeem in real time wherever a partner is connected. The API stays small, so a new offer or a new merchant is a configuration, not a rebuild.

What changed

• Merchants onboard without a manual activation desk
• Redemption works across partner platforms
• Fewer failed activations, and faster fixes when one fails
• The network can grow without a new build each time
