The situation
Products and orders were split across the website and four marketplaces. Selling in more than one place meant keeping stock by hand.
What we built
A custom ERP that syncs products and orders with Lazada, Zalora, 11Street, and Shopee, and a revamp of the OpenCart shop so the site and the channels share one record. Maintenance stayed with the system after it went live.
